Tamilselvan Mahalingam, who is the Founder and CEO of Future Captains, is an MBA graduate who has worked in HR for more than 17 years in organizations like Hexaware, Wipro, and Cognizant. He noticed that the individuals do not possess the relevant skills that are needed by the industries. On the other hand, not all the candidates seem to be happy and fulfilled with their professional lives. He decided to make a change, he set the goal to help people find the right career path and provide resources that will help them to learn and build strong skills and profiles.
