I enrolled myself for the career counseling session and the college selection session a few months ago, I went through a few personality tests to find my area of interest and in which field I’m capable of doing better from that I shortlisted a few options, the counseling session was really helpful and the counselor who gave the session also concentrated on the aspects of which field interests me. The next session I preferred was the college selection counseling, in that session, I was briefed about the different colleges according to my preferred cities, as I was not satisfied with the first two sessions of the college selection, they provided me with another session which was helpful in shortlisting the universities. Overall the counseling session was a good experience and it helped my career aspects

My sessions with Counsellor from Future Captains where I had availed their College Navigation service and she is the one who handled my requirements. The counsellor was incredibly helpful to me. The counsellor was extremely thorough, gave my father and me several options of courses and colleges and explained in detail what each of them would entail. Hi, Habit profiling was very helpful for Saanvi in identifying her weakness (procrastination) and how to work in improving it. It does take time to change a habit but identifying it, accepting it and planning to improvise it and work towards it positively means a lot. I like to appreciate Future Captains, the coach for being patient and firmly addressing the concerns of my kids towards a positive mindset.

As parents, we were looking for some guidance pertaining to our child's field of interest. My son’s school announced during the pandemic that they will be conducting a virtual parent enrichment session for the parents and the session will be on making career choices. This intrigued me and here I was sitting patiently and listening to Mr Tamilselvan sharing career options today’s Gen Z has. And I was overwhelmed with the options. How can a person decide what he/she wants to do? The options are unlimited. This is when I decided that it would be good if Samrat had a counseling session with a professional as we as parents have limited knowledge to guide him. Coming to the year 2023, Samrat was totally confused as to what should be his career choice in the 11th Std. But thanks to the knowledgeable Mentors, he has been able to make a decision on his own. He was guided in a very scientific manner which helped him to understand himself which in turn helped in making the right decision. Samrat and We are thankful to the entire team of FutureCaptains.

Before I heard of FutureCaptains, I was not very sure of whether the degree I am currently doing right now was the right thing to do. FutureCaptains was very helpful in giving guidance and excellent career options to chose from based on my personality and interests. Hi, I am Saicharan Jampa and I attended the Future captains Habit Profiling session, with Future Captains as my counselor. Reflecting on it I have a couple of thoughts I would like to share. It was one of the first entry points for me to counselling and it tore down the fear of asking for help in a certain way. It helped me realize that my shortcomings were a direct result of my bad habits that I had accumulated over the years. We had also went beyond the topic of the meeting and I was encouraged into having a deeper connection with the counselor.

We had our son enroll in the counselling program held by future captains. Habit counselling was one of the sessions we had. Mam was very sweet and friendly. It was not like a session. She gave her personal touch to all the conversations we had with her. Thank you for your time and guidance ma'am.

We, as parents and daughter, of grade 12, needed guidance regarding our options post-school. We were introduced to FutureCaptains by some friends who sent us a link to one of the introductory talks. We picked a package offered by FutureCaptains which includes a personality profiling test, analysis, and personal discussion with counsellors. In my son's journey of preparing for engineering entrance exam and study schedule, even though he used to put in a good amount of hrs, there used to be bad days, where he couldn't continue studying at the same pace. These low days, spoilt all the good work he had been doing till that point and his overall consistency with his study schedules fell. Once the meeting with the counsellor for habit profiling was scheduled, she heard all about his process and schedule throughout the day. She was able to help him with some techniques to bring him back to his focus mode and also helped in suggesting some tweaks to his diet to help him overcome fatigue and suggestions for adding of additional nutrition sources at the intervals we had missed, certainly helped a lot to fix the problem. These suggestions when implemented helped him to stay on course and reduced the number of low productive days thereby improving efficiency in his work.Even though kids are well informed nowadays and actively try to find lot of solutions online for their roadblocks, this session of habit profiling helped in the finding out a holistic approach to cover all the areas of his schedule and filled in the gaps that helped him in his journey. I was first introduced to FutureCaptains through a classmate for the purpose of career guidance. My initial experience with the team involved a group career counseling session, which interested me in pursuing more guidance from Team FC. With this aim, I sought out a one-on-one career guidance session which included a personality profiling, English assessment as well as a personalized career assessment report. FC Counsellors was assigned to me as my personal career guidance counselor and they helped me narrow down my options for my college courses as well as a potential future career by means of her analysis of my assessments.
